Minced (ground) steak or chicken escalope or mussel pot with french fries.
Ice cream (2 scoops) and 1 soft drink.

STARTERS
  • Kingfisher salad (salad, smoked salmon, asparagus, tomatoes)
  • Avocado mousse on tomatoes gazpacho
  • Franc-comtois-style salad (salad,lardoons, smoked sausage from Morteau, comté cheese, walnut and tomato)
  • Pan-sauteed snails with mushrooms
  • Millefeuille layering of courgettes  with cold goat’s cheese coated with a light tomatoes sauce with basil
  • Fried young fish according to the morning market
  • Glazed eggs with crayfish tails (fleurette cream : light, fresh and liquid cream)

  • Hanger sreak with shallots, potatoes in their skin
  • Calf’s head in ravigote sauce (vinegar and white wine sauce with shallots and herbs)
  • Filled of duckling with honey and cider, potato cake
  • Back of crisp cod, white wine sauce and garlic purée
